Trench Lanterns — Deep City Lights Drift

16:9 video, 12 seconds. An abyssal city: the camera drifts through a city built on a trench wall in the lightless deep, its streets lit only by bioluminescent lanterns.

0-4s: The drift begins above the city: clusters of green, blue, and violet lantern-light marking homes, markets, and temples clinging to the trench wall. Strange deep-dwellers with lantern-lures dangling before their faces tend stalls of unknown wares — things that pulse, things in jars that glow. The architecture is grown from the rock, all curves and overhangs.
4-8s: The drone descends past a market square where the lantern clusters are densest, the violet temple spires rising through the green market glow.
