Gas Mart Ice Machine — Freezer Door Opens

Convenience store exterior camera, 8 seconds, 16:9 — 3:00 AM on the timestamp, the ice machine glowing blue-white against the dark lot, and nobody near it. 0-2s: The static exterior cam: the ice machine hums blue-white, the lot empty under a single flickering sodium light. The machine's heavy door swings open on its own — no one near it, no wind. One by one, bags of ice slide out and land on the pavement with soft thuds. 2-4s: Then they begin to stack: bag on bag, a neat pyramid forming under the flickering light, built by nothing visible — each bag placed with impossible care, the pyramid rising straight and true. 4-6s: A car passes on the road; its headlights sweep across the lot — and for the duration of the sweep, a frost-covered figure is visible kneeling behind the pyramid, arranging the bags with blackened hands, ice crystals in its hair. 6-8s: The headlights pass, the road dark again. The figure is gone. The pyramid remains, melting slowly, each bag weeping onto the asphalt — and the ice machine's door swings shut on its own. Craft: subject — the frost-covered figure with blackened hands; the stacking ice bags; setting — the blue-white ice machine, the dark lot. Camera: static exterior cam, timestamped, night grain, headlight sweep as the reveal; 30fps. Lighting: blue-white machine glow against sodium lot light, headlight sweep. Atmosphere: quiet, inexplicable wrongness — industry, continued by something. Style: static exterior-cam realism, timestamped, night grain, found-footage unease.
