The Bookie's Runner — Track Jacket in Neon Rain

A 6-second neon-noir sprint, 16:9. A runner in a burgundy satin track jacket tears through neon-lit rain, clutching a manila envelope — glances back once, then vanishes into a doorway. 0-2s: the handheld chase shot at street level — the runner in the burgundy satin track jacket sprinting through the rain, the manila envelope clutched tight to the chest, water sheeting off the awnings. Neon pink and blue signs smear across the wet asphalt; rain streaks the frame; the jacket's satin catches the light with every stride, white stripes flashing. 2-4s: the glance back — the runner's head turns once, eyes wide, checking the empty street behind, breath visible in the cold rain. No one — yet the pace quickens. Splashing through a deep reflection of a pink sign, the envelope held higher, away from the water, its corner already darkening with damp. 4-6s: the doorway — the runner ducks into a dark doorway between two shuttered shops, the neon smearing past. The door closes; the rain keeps falling on the empty street, the pink reflection rippling where the runner stood. Craft: the runner in the burgundy satin track jacket; the clutched manila envelope; the neon-signed rainy street; the dark doorway. Camera: handheld chase shot at street level, neon smearing with the movement; kinetic, urgent. Lighting: neon pink and cyan on wet asphalt, rain streaks catching the signs. Mood: urgent, hunted, electric. Style: neon-noir street fashion, rain streaks, kinetic handheld, 6 seconds, 16:9.
