The Sticky Note Avalanche — Office Prank War Begins

A 9-second 9:16 vertical sitcom cold open: JAMES walks into an office where his cubicle has been wallpapered in neon sticky notes — the opening shot of a prank war. The scene opens on the gray open-plan office at 8 a.m., fluorescent calm, James entering with his coffee, stopping dead: every surface of his cubicle is covered in neon notes, even each keyboard key individually labeled with a tiny note. 0-3s: A static security-style wide holds the reveal — his jaw drops, coworkers pretend to work while watching from the corners of their eyes, one stifling a laugh behind a monitor. 3-6s: Handheld coverage of his reactions: he tries to sit and the chair is notes; he tries to type and every key carries a different motivational quote; he peels a note off his mouse that reads BREATHE. 6-9s: He finds one note centered on his monitor, in bold marker: WAR HAS BEGUN — the camera slow-zooms on it, then pans to MARA at the next desk, innocently stapling, smiling sweetly at her work. Mara's innocent stapling rhythm never breaks, and the camera catches a second conspirator sliding a fresh pack of notes across the carpet with a ruler. James finds a note on his shoe that simply reads: check the ceiling tiles. Subject and craft: James with coffee, neon sticky notes on every surface, labeled keyboard keys, Mara the culprit, watching coworkers, open-plan office. Camera: static wide for the reveal, handheld for reactions, slow zoom on the declaration note. Lighting: flat office fluorescents, neon notes popping against grey. Mood: cheerful warfare. Style: sitcom cold open, comedic timing, photorealistic.
