Burrata Burst — Creamy Center Flood

A 9-second ultra-slow-motion food macro, vertical 9:16. A steak knife pierces a plump burrata and its liquid stracciatella heart floods across a plate of heirloom tomatoes in folding white waves. 0-3s: the knife blade presses against the burrata's taut, dimpled mozzarella skin where it rests on sliced heirloom tomatoes — crimson, gold, and green rounds on a matte ceramic plate. The camera pushes in at macro range; the skin dimples under the steel, then breaches with a soft give, and the first bead of cream wells up through the split. 3-6s: the breach widens and the stracciatella floods outward in slow, folding ribbons, pooling over the tomato slices and settling into their valleys. A thin thread of basil oil is drizzled from above, catching the light in green-gold lines as it lands across the white flood. The contrast reads clearly: firm, structured mozzarella shell against the flowing liquid heart. 6-9s: the camera drifts to its closest macro as the cream settles into soft waves, oil droplets beading on the surface, a few torn basil leaves landing and floating. The frame holds on the flooded plate glistening, the breach still gently oozing. Craft: one fist-sized burrata ball with a smooth ivory shell; thick-cut heirloom tomato slices; cold-pressed basil oil in a small glass cruet; torn fresh basil; matte ceramic plate with a folded linen napkin at frame edge. Camera: 100mm-macro lens feel, extreme close-up with shallow depth of field; slow forward push-in over the first beat, then a gentle lateral drift following the flood line. Lighting: bright fresh daylight key from the left through soft diffusion, cool white bounce from below, tiny specular glints on the oil and wet cream. Mood: elegant, decadent, indulgent — Italian summer on a plate. Style: luxury food cinematography, 120fps slow motion, photorealistic, fresh appetizing color grade, 9 seconds, vertical 9:16.
