Whitewash and Wine-Dark Sea — Oia Sunset Drift

Twelve-second vertical travel film, 9:16, slow 24fps motion. Golden hour in Oia, Santorini: a stabilized gimbal glides down a narrow whitewashed lane lined with bougainvillea, the camera at waist height so blue shutters and sun-warmed stone steps blur past at the frame edges. 0-4 seconds: drift forward through the lane, pink bougainvillea petals spilling over whitewashed walls, a wrought-iron lantern swinging gently, the light turning honey-gold on the plaster. 4-8 seconds: the lane opens onto a terrace overlook where a couple leans on a blue railing, silhouetted against a sun sinking into the wine-dark Aegean; warm amber light flares softly across the lens as the camera begins a slow sideways drift. 8-12 seconds: the lateral drift reveals the caldera's curved cliffs and scattered white churches with blue domes below, distant sailboats gliding through shimmering reflections, and the couple's silhouettes holding still as the sun touches the water; the move ends with a gentle push-in on the horizon. Craft: the couple wear light linen clothing, her dress catching the breeze; the terrace has a weathered blue railing, potted geraniums, and a stone bench. Camera: gimbal-stabilized forward glide at waist height transitioning to a lateral drift and a final slow push-in; fluid, floating movement with no visible shake. Lighting: low golden-hour sun with soft amber flares, long shadows across the lane, the sea reflecting molten copper; warm 35mm color grade with glowing highlights. Atmosphere: romantic, hushed, cinematic. Style: travel film aesthetic, shallow depth of field, subtle halation, fine grain, 24fps.
