Neon Rain Interceptor

An 11-second 16:9 neon-noir anime short: a black interceptor mecha hunts a rogue delivery drone across rain-drenched rooftops. The scene opens on the downtown canyon, holographic billboards and neon signs in cyan, magenta, and amber towering over wet streets, rain sheeting down through the colored light. 0-4s: A rooftop chase-cam follows the sleek black interceptor sprinting across the rooftops, glowing blue optic strips flaring, each footfall bursting puddles; ahead, the rogue drone sparks and weaves between billboards, trailing a frayed cable. 4-7s: The interceptor leaps the gap between towers in slow motion, rain hanging in the neon glow, fires a grappling tether mid-leap — the line whipping out, wrapping a billboard's frame — and swings around it in a spinning arc, releasing at the apex toward the drone. 7-11s: The interceptor snatches the sparking drone from the air one-handed, landing in a crouch on the far rooftop, rain exploding off its armor, optic strips flaring bright, the drone's sparks dying in its grip. Subject and craft: black interceptor mecha with blue optic strips, grappling tether, rogue delivery drone, holographic billboards, neon canyon, rain. Camera: rooftop chase-cam, slow-motion leap, spinning billboard swing, optic close-up. Lighting: neon reflections on wet surfaces, rain streaking through colored light. Mood: slick, fast, cyber-cool. Style: neon-noir anime, high contrast, reflective wet materials, dynamic camera work.
