Moonfall Moth Migration

Cosmic kaiju anime short, 14 seconds, 16:9. A clear desert night: an observatory dome open to the stars, astronomers watching the sky. 0-4 seconds: the observatory establishing shot — the dome's slit framing the moon, astronomers murmuring; then the moon dims, shadowed from one edge — eclipse dread, the astronomers' excitement curdling as the shadow keeps growing, wrong-shaped, textured. 4-8 seconds: the reveal — a moth kaiju the size of a small moon, wings of silver dust and starlight, migrating past Earth; its wing-dust falls like snow over the desert, each flake shimmering; everyone it touches dreams vividly — quick dream montages: a child dreaming of flying over the dunes, an old man dreaming of his youth, the dreams rendered in soft watercolor. 8-14 seconds: the departure — the moth beats its wings once, a slow pulse of silver, and is gone beyond the stars; the moon restored, the astronomers silent, the dreamers waking with tears and smiles; the final frame holds the desert under the clean moon, a single silver flake still falling. Craft: moon-sized moth with silver-dust wings, observatory dome, desert night; watercolor dream sequences. Camera: observatory establishing, eclipse dread, moth reveal, wing-dust fall, dream montages, departure finale. Lighting: starlight silver, wing-dust shimmer. Atmosphere: cosmic, dreamy, bittersweet. Style: cosmic cel-shaded anime, astronomical scale, dream sequences, 24fps.
