Monsoon Hydroplane — Rain-Slicked City Pursuit

16:9 video, 9 seconds. A rain-drowned chase short: a pounding monsoon over Mumbai at night, a taxi hydroplaning through the flood, two police jeeps in its wake.

0-3s: Streets flooded ankle-deep, neon signs smearing across the water, rain hammering windshields into white noise. A black-and-yellow taxi hydroplanes through intersections, wipers useless, throwing up bow waves at every turn. Two white police jeeps follow, their own bow waves crossing, headlights halved by the rain.
3-6s: The taxi slides sideways around a flooded roundabout, missing a bus by inches — the bus's headlights swinging across the taxi's flank. A low water-level tracking shot throws up spray with the cars, the neon smeared red and gold across the flood. The jeeps split around the roundabout's far side, cutting the angle.
6-9s: A high crane shot reveals the flooded grid, light trails drawing red and white lines through the drowned streets. The taxi threads a gap between two buses and vanishes down a side street, its taillights smearing red across the water — the jeeps' headlights stopping at the turn, blocked by the buses.

Detail: the bow waves' white spray, the smeared neon reflections, the rain's hammer on the windshields, the buses' looming bulk. Camera: low water-level tracking shot throwing up spray, then a high crane shot of the flooded grid. Lighting: neon smeared on floodwater, headlight halos, rain backlit in the beams. Atmosphere: drowning, chaotic, desperate — the city as an ocean. Style: monsoon-noir realism, 35mm texture, water-spray detail, neon-wet grade, fine grain.
